This Shipping Policy describes how and when your order will be delivered. We aim to get your minimalist tools to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, helping you achieve your focus goals without delay.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States.

For orders under $150, shipping costs will be based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. While we always strive to deliver within these windows, unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues can occasionally cause delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Focalists is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For more details on damaged items, please refer to your Return and Refund Policy.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@focalists.com after 5 business days from the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
