How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 within United States. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Focalists only ships within the United States. We will be expanding to offer international shipping in the future.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Focalists is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods. If your package is lost, please contact us at support@focalists.com after 5 business days from the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return, please contact us at support@focalists.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will cover the return postage cost for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We accept a variety of secure payment methods to make your checkout experience smooth and convenient. These include major credit and debit credits such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well digital payments options like PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. Your security is our top priority. All transactions on Focalists.com are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway, which uses industry-leading encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. This means your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor; we do not store your credit card details on our servers.
